Delete your account

You can delete your Star Solve account and the progress synced to it at any time, right in the app. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. What we keep is described in the privacy policy.

Delete your account in the app

Open Star Solve and go to Settings.

In the Account section, tap Delete Account. It is shown only while you are signed in.

Read the confirmation and tap Delete.

Sign in again with Apple or Google to confirm it is you. Your account and synced progress are then deleted and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your account in Google Firebase Authentication, with your sign-in identifier, email address and name.
Your synced game progress in Google Firebase Realtime Database: current level, coins, unlocked themes and skins, selected appearance, statistics and daily challenge results.
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple token for Star Solve.
Messages you sent us from the app or by email, on request.

What is not deleted

Progress stored on your device stays there until you delete the app. Uninstalling Star Solve removes it.
Purchase records held by Apple or Google Play and by RevenueCat, which keeps your purchase history under an app user ID. To have RevenueCat delete it, email mfrkankaya@gmail.com and we will handle the request.
Advertising data held by Google AdMob, which is processed under Google’s own policies and settings.
Anonymous usage analytics, which are not linked to your account. To have the analytics tied to your device deleted, email mfrkankaya@gmail.com.

If you cannot use the app, for example because you lost your device, email mfrkankaya@gmail.com from the address of your account with the subject “Star Solve: delete my data”. We will delete your account and synced progress within 30 days.

Send a deletion request

Never signed in?

Signing in is optional. If you play without an account, Star Solve holds no account or progress for you on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Your progress lives only on your device.
