Terms of Use

1License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2Ownership

The app, including its code, characters, spirits, graphics, sounds, music and the Lumen Loop name, belongs to Furkan Kaya and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

3Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app. Do not reverse engineer it, cheat, tamper with its data, purchases or currencies, or change your device clock to speed up the Sanctuary, except where the law allows it. Do not interfere with ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4Virtual currencies and items

Embers, Moonstones, spirits, upgrades, cosmetics and other in-game items are a limited license to use content inside the app. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the app, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change how items are earned, priced or balanced to keep the game fair and fun.

5In-app purchases

The app offers, or will offer, optional in-app purchases, such as No Ads, the Starter Pack, Moonstone packs and a seasonal ticket. The price, in your local currency, is shown by the store before you confirm. Payments, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Moonstones and other consumable items are added to your game when the purchase completes and are used up as you spend them. A seasonal ticket applies to the season it was bought for. Purchases that last, such as No Ads and the Starter Pack’s cosmetic, can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account.

Because progress is stored on your device and not in an account, currencies and items you have earned or bought but not restored cannot be recovered after you delete the app, reset your progress or change devices without a backup. Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and that this right ends once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows.

6Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and give the reward shown on their button only when the ad is watched to the end, within the daily limits shown in the game. No Ads removes the ads between runs; rewarded ads stay available as an option. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7Seasons and events

Seasons, daily rewards and other limited-time content run for the time shown in the game. When a season or event ends, rewards that were not claimed in time may no longer be available.

8App store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

9Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app. If we stop offering the app, we will try to give notice in the app in advance.

10Your progress

Progress is stored on your device and in your device backups. Reset progress in Settings deletes it permanently. We are not responsible for progress lost when you delete the app, reset your progress, or reset or replace your device without a backup.

11Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

13Termination

Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

14Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
