- Your device model and system version (for example, iPhone 16 with iOS 26).
- The level number or mode where it happens.
- What you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Quick fixes
No music
Check that your device is not muted and that Music and Sound effects are on in Settings.
Out of sync
Bluetooth audio adds a delay. Use the device speaker or wired headphones.
Ring too fast or slow
Change Ring speed in Settings: Slow, Normal or Fast.
Wrong language
Pick English or Turkish in Settings › Language.
