Terms of Use

ILicense

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

IIOwnership

The app, including its code, puzzles, graphics, music, sounds and the Starwort name, belongs to Furkan Kaya and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

IIIAcceptable use

Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app. Do not reverse engineer it, cheat, or tamper with its data, purchases or stardust, except where the law allows it. Do not interfere with ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

IVStardust and hints

Stardust, hints and other in-game items are a limited license to use content inside the app. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the app, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change how items are earned, priced or balanced to keep the game fair and relaxing.

VIn-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases: stardust packs, Remove Ads, the Starter bundle and the Starwort Plus subscription. The price, in your local currency, is shown by the App Store before you confirm. Payments, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Stardust is added to your game when the purchase completes and is used up as you spend it. Remove Ads and the Starter bundle’s ad removal are permanent and can be restored on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Because progress is stored on your device and not in an account, stardust and items you have earned or bought cannot be recovered after you delete the app, reset your progress or change devices without a backup. Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and that this right ends once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows.

VIStarwort Plus subscription

Starwort Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active, ads between levels are turned off and daily gifts are doubled. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If the price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your device’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the benefits until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

VIIAdvertising

The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are optional and give the reward shown on their button only when the video is watched to the end, within the daily limits of the game. Remove Ads, the Starter bundle and Starwort Plus turn off the ads between levels; rewarded videos stay available as an option. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

VIIIApp Store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

IXUpdates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app. If we stop offering the app, we will try to give notice in the app in advance.

XYour progress

Progress is stored on your device and in your device backups. Reset progress in Settings deletes it permanently. We are not responsible for progress lost when you delete the app, reset your progress, or reset or replace your device without a backup.

XIDisclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that every word you know will be accepted.

XIILimitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

XIIITermination

Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; remember to cancel Starwort Plus separately if you subscribed.

XIVChanges

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
