P1License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
P2Ownership
The app, including its code, cars, tracks, graphics, sounds, music and the Blitz Rivals name, belongs to Furkan Kaya and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
P3Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app. Do not reverse engineer it, cheat, or tamper with its data, purchases or currencies, except where the law allows it. Do not interfere with ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
P4Multiplayer
In multiplayer races, other players can see your player name. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or reveals another person’s personal information. You race with people you choose on your own network, and we are not responsible for their behavior.
P5Virtual currencies and items
Gold, gems, crates, parts, upgrades, Blitz Pass tiers and other in-game items are a limited license to use content inside the app. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the app, and cannot be sold or transferred.
Crates give random parts. They are never sold for real money on their own, the odds of every crate are shown in the game before you open it, and a crate never gives a part you already own. We may change how items are earned, priced or balanced to keep the game fair and fun.
P6In-app purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases, such as gem packs, No Ads, the starter pack and the Blitz Pass premium track. The price, in your local currency, is shown by the store before you confirm. Payments, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Gems and other consumable items are added to your game when the purchase completes and are used up as you spend them. A premium Blitz Pass applies to the season it was bought for. Purchases that last, such as No Ads and the starter pack’s items, can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account with Restore in the shop.
Because progress is stored on your device and not in an account, gems and items you have earned or bought but not restored cannot be recovered after you delete the app or change devices without a backup. Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and that this right ends once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows.
P7Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and give the reward shown on their button only when the ad is watched to the end, within the daily limits shown in the game. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
P8Seasons and events
Blitz Pass seasons, daily races, missions, deals and other limited-time content run for the time shown in the game. When a season or event ends, rewards that were not claimed in time may no longer be available.
P9App store terms
If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
P10Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app. If we stop offering the app, we will try to give notice in the app in advance.
P11Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and in your device backups. We are not responsible for progress lost when you delete the app, reset or replace your device without a backup.
P12Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
P13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
P14Termination
Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
P15Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
