Terms of Use

01License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

02Ownership

The app, including its code, levels, graphics, sounds, music and the Mirrorb name, belongs to Furkan Kaya and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

03Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app. Do not reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it. Do not interfere with ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

04Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

05In-app purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases. The price, in your local currency, is shown by the store before you confirm. Payments, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

A purchase that unlocks something for good, such as removing ads, can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account. In-game items are kept with your progress, as described below.

06App store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

07Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app.

08In-game items

Hints, streak shields, orb skins and other rewards are in-game items with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and we may change how they are earned.

09Your progress

Progress is stored on your device and, where available, in your own iCloud account or device backup. We are not responsible for progress lost when you delete the app, reset or replace your device, or turn off iCloud or backups.

10Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

12Termination

Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

13Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
